Pets & Service Animals
**No animals allowed except for service animals
It is a crime in Wisconsin to represent a pet, emotional support, companion, therapy animal, or other unqualified animal as a service animal or service animal in-training.
Both federal law under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state law specify that a person with a disability is permitted to use a service animal in establishments such as restaurants, retail stores, and other businesses. However, the laws do not protect the use of an emotional support animal in those places.
Please be understanding as staff are trained to ask you legal questions regarding the status of your dog. Under state law, an establishment may ask only the following question: Is the service animal required because of a disability? We take your dog’s safety and that of all attendees very seriously.
