April 28, 2019 – Whiskey n’ Wellies:
Slide on those boots and escape to the Driftless Region – we’re going knee-deep in farm-fresh cuisine, craft whiskey cocktails and communing with the oak savanna prairie!
Join us for an afternoon of treats, eats and good meets as we celebrate Spring.
Whether you come for the hand-crafted whiskey, the ramps chef Adam will be harvesting himself, the chance to connect with other like-minded humans, or to recharge and escape to nature, you are sure to leave refreshed, full-bellied and joyous!
Passed hors d’oeuvres will begin at 1:00 PM followed by a four-course feast paired with bourbon sips and whiskey cocktails crafted specifically for the palate of this meal.
Please note that the courses will flow the way the conversations blow, we have only provided a safe estimation on the end time. There will be an optional short tour of the farm with the owners, Paul & Audrey Gaynor, following the meal.
